Di Liso's offers a variety of gluten-free options.  While we are conscious of using gluten-free ingredients in our prepared foods, we cannot 100% fully guarantee that the items in this Gluten-Free collection have not been cross-contaminated.  However, there are items in this collection which have been prepared in a dedicated gluten-free facility (please read product description).  We are striving to continue building our Gluten-Free collection to meet the needs of our gluten-sensitive customers.
