  • Rosemary Veal

  • Lemon Chicken

  • Mint Lamb

  • Thyme Turkey

  • Wild Boar & Pear

  • Beef & Cheddar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. If meatloaf is vacuum sealed, remove from bag and place in a small roasting pan. If purchased fresh in-store, remove the plastic lid and cook directly in the aluminum container.

  3. OPTIONAL: Pour 1/4 cup of white wine in the pan before placing in the oven for additional moisture and flavour.

  4. Bake in oven for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
