STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST
Mennonite farmed boneless, skin-on chicken breast, stuffed with sage bread stuffing, apricots, raisins, bacon, ham and Swiss cheese.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove all plastic wrapping, while leaving the stuffed breast nestled in the aluminum foil.
Place stuffed breast on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 1 hour, until the internal temperature hits 165 degrees.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
