STUFFED PORK RIB-END ROAST
Pork loin rib-end roast, stuffed with a sage bread stuffing, apricots, raisins, cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove all wrapping and place stuffed roast on a baking sheet.
Bake for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, until the internal temperature hits 160 degrees.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
