STUFFED TURKEY BREAST ROAST

2-10 (Depending on the size of the roast)
Locally raised boneless turkey breast, stuffed with sage bread stuffing and Mild Italian sausage meat, then topped with a beautiful bacon weave.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove all plastic wrapping, while leaving the stuffed breast nestled in the aluminum foil.
Place stuffed breast on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes per pound, until the internal temperature hits 165 degrees.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
