An old favourite is back for a limited time! Our corned beef is made with locally and naturally raised beef brisket, brined, seasoned, and ready to cook.
Cooking Instructions: Remove from package and place fat side up on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Add 3 cups of water, cover with foil and roast at 300 F for approximately 2.5 hours, or until fork tender. If you're doing cabbage with the corned beef, you can add the cabbage to the water for the last 30 minutes to have everything ready together.
