Cut from AAA grade, Pasture raised Ontario beef. Flank is cut from the abdominal area of the cow. It's long muscle fibres means it must be sliced across the grain before serving and really benefits from a nice flavourful marinade.

Each steak averages 2 LBS. Available plain or marinated in John's Steak Seasoning with Soy Sauce.
