Cut from Canada Prime grade pasture raised Ontario Beef and dry-aged in house for a minimum of 30 days, these are hands down some of the finest steaks this province produces.
1 x 100g Compound Butter (choice of Black Truffle, Porcini & Shallot, Garlic & Herb, or Anchovy)
A gifted bottle of Paso Del Sud - Edizione (Puglia). This wine shows hints of plum, cherry, finely spiced notes and hints of cocoa and vanilla. Full, soft and harmonious taste with persistent structure. Pairs well with grilled red meats and slightly aged cheeses. Decant before serving.
