From our in-house chef, this compound butter is made with grass fed butter infused with porcini mushrooms and shallots. Use it to finish a dish, slice into coins and place on top of cooked steaks, pork chops, or whatever else you want and let the flavour melt into the meat. In our test kitchen, we found it adds more flavour this way as opposed to cooking with the butter.
