Purebred Wagyu from Japan is some of the most rare and sought-after beef in the world, with a price tag to match. Our A5 graded Wagyu is sourced from a few of the 17 different prefectures. Most commonly, we have Miyazaki, with a rich, fatty flavour that explodes in your mouth on the first bite; and Nagi, with a more rich beefy Umami flavour as these cows are finished on black beans and only 3,000 head are produced per year.
