Miami-cut Chuck Short Ribs
Cut from AAA grade, Pasture raised Ontario beef. These are cut thin to a little less than 1cm and whether you buy ours pre-marinated or plain, they should be marinated to enhance that rich, fattty flavour. 2 minutes per side on the grill or over medium-high heat heat in the pan is all you need!
